About Us
Welcome to Integrated Bioengineering Lab (IBL) at the University of New Haven.
Our lab is dedicated to developing engineered tools using emerging micro/nano-technologies for studying single cell and collective cell behavior in tissue regeneration and cancer metastasis. Specifically, we leverage our expertise in biosensing, microfluidics, and nanomaterials, to develop innovative nanobiosensors for the detection of microRNAs, mRNA and protein at the single cell level.
Located in the East Coast of US with a fast-growing biotechnology community, our lab is made up of a group of enthusiastic young scientists with the aim of developing fast, accurate and affordable biosensing and microfluidic techniques for clinical diagnostic applications.
